Chief Acharya of The Ashram
Swami Sakshatkrutananda Saraswati is a senior disciple of Pujya Sri Swamiji Dayananda Saraswati and currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Trustee of the Sri Gangadhareshwar Trust, which oversees the administration of Swami Dayananda Ashram in Rishikesh.

Swamiji served as the Resident Acharya of the ashram from 1993 to 2003 and, since January 2022, has been the Chief Acharya, imparting the knowledge of Advaita Vedanta to seekers / Students and guiding a number of devotees who visit the ashram round the year.
​
Swamiji underwent a rigorous long-term residential course in Vedanta and Sanskrit at Sandeepany Sadhanalaya (1980–1982) under the tutelage of Svarupa Caitanya, now known as Swami Viditatmananda Saraswati.
He served Pujya Sri Swamiji Dayananda Saraswati and the Rishikesh ashram in various capacities between 1984 and 2003. In 1992, he was initiated into sannyasa order by Pujya Sri Swamiji.

He assisted Pujya Sri Swamiji Dayananda Saraswati in conducting a successful three-year Vedanta course at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Anaikatti (2010–2013). Most recently, he completed another intensive three-year course at Swami Dayananda Ashram, Rishikesh (2020–2024), continuing the tradition of structured, in-depth Vedanta teaching.
Swamiji also serves as a trustee in several spiritual and educational organizations, including AIM for Seva, Swami Dayananda Education Trust, and the Swami Dayananda Sadabhishekam Memorial Digital Library and Research Centre, Mahalingaswami Seva Trust, Arsha Daya Parampara Trust among others.

Swamiji travels extensively in India and abroad and continues to carry forward the vision and legacy of Pujya Sri Swamiji Dayananda Saraswati, spreading his life’s message and teachings with dedication, clarity, and compassion.
